Change of General Director in Rostelecom subsidiary
Mikhail Bondarenko appointed Head of the Company
Rostelecom informed of change of Director General at its subsidiary, RT Labs JSC.
Alexei Sividov, who has headed the Company since September 2014, remains Rostelecom Vice President and CEO of the National Centre for Informatization (NCI) of Rostec Corporation.
Mikhail Bondarenko appointed Director General of the Company. Prior to his appointment to the position at RT Labs Mikhail Bondarenko headed the Ryazan branch of Rostelecom.
Mikhail Bondarenko graduated with honours from A.F. Mozhaisky Military Space Engineering Academy in 1999 to serve in the armed forces till 2001. After military service he began his career in Telecommunications as implementation and consulting engineer in CBOSS.
In 2003 he joined Peter-Service CJSC, the largest Russian billing company, where he made his career from project manager to the company's commercial director.
In 2009 he joined Sitronics OJSC as vice president of the parent company and director general of Sitronics Telecom Solutions CJSC, the largest provider of telecommunication solutions for telecom operators.
After leaving Sitronics in 2012, he focused on the development of his own projects.
In 2014 M. Bondarenko was invited to the ‘Centre’ Macro-regional Branch of Rostelecom, where he headed the Ryazan branch.
Rostelecom-owned RT Labs is the operator’s contractor for the development of e-Government and National Cloud Platform. The company employs over 270 staff.
